CFay 6.5 CEOS 5.2.21324 What works|doesn't|Bugs

The idea behind this thread is to share user data regarding the
CFay 6.5 CEOS 5.2.21324 Rom. (6.5 as opposed to 6.5.1)

There are two versions currently available. The first release is widely available in this forum. As I understand it, a second release (1.52) will be available shortly (build 21234.5.0.1_CFay). At the time of this post only donors currently have access to it.

Your input would be more helpful if in your post you would please:
1) Note which rom you are using; and
2) list which applications that you have tried that DO work; and
3) list which applications that you have tried that DO NOT work; and
4) mention any bugs/issues you may have experienced or can confirm.

Thanks for your input hopefully this data will result in future improvements.

I am using build 21234.5.0.1_CFay the new 1.52 release.
Works for me:
Kinoma Play
SPB Mobile Shell 3.0
Treo Alert Pro
Hannip’s Palm Messaging
Facebook v1.007
Sprite Backup
Sprint Navigation
Astraware Sudoku
Youtube
Google Mobile App (Ugly though plops into today screen as a 6.1 today box)

Doesn’t work for me:
Pandora (aftermarket version that work on stock rom)
Pocket Express (worked on first release not on new one).
ATContacts: Favorite People: today screen plug in(worked on first release not on new one)

Bugs:
IE Crash Bug: Hitting up arrow on Palm dpad in Internet Explorer crashes the phone.
Blur Bug: Green button phone screen list does not rerender when scrolled…blurs together.
Random Crashes: When charging overnight (other times too) phone requests a lock code…even if none is set. Must restart.

Noted Fixes:
Wait icon fixed
Internet sharing works (phone dials Phone as a Modem)

voicecommand is not announcing incoming calls for me, just as the stock rom from Sprint didnt. It doesnt make alot of sense to me since 6.5.1 did announce the incoming calls. I turned on Voicecommand and also check the box for announce incoming calls through device speaker. I am not using anything but the stock ringtones as well.

Anyone else having this issue?

which sprite backup are you using? the one cfay posted? it doesnt work on 152...
and did you install windows netCF ? which version? from where..

lol.

well everything works for me...using rom Cfay rom wm6.5 the 1.53 release....cept for

-Iris Browser: asks to check for update, when you press yes or no it still closes the program for no reason
-Androkkid just crashes


Both of these worked for me on 6.5.1 rom but i downgraded since it didn't have enough ram for my needs and had the zoom freeze bug
