using phone as a modem

i use my phone as a modem i had the moto q it was no problem but for some reason the palm treo wont connect error 67 comes up

Had the same problem with the error 67, this work for me,
Go to treocentral download caps, follow instructions,

To install:
1) Install ICSenable.CAB
2) Soft-reset
3) Re-install ICSenable.CAB a second time

Then go to Start -> Programs -> Internet Sharing and enjoy
