Please HELP - No email notification while connected to pc

I'm a user of Treo Pro GSM with PushEffect.
When my device is connected there is no sound or icon notification for incoming emails.
After disconnecting everything works fine.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Are you getting them and theres no notification? Or is it simply not getting them untill you disconnect. I know with Windows Mobile Device Center theres an option to enable data to be used thru the computer and its internet connection. So i would double check and make sure your device has working data when connected to the computer.

I had problems with mine until I disabled the "Advanced Network Functionality". You can find that under Settings-->Connections-->USB to PC. On mine it was checked by default. I unchecked it and worked like a charm. Now when I'm connected to my PC, the push function works just fine. Hope that may solve your issue too!

+1 for bigwrigg, make sure that option is checked in wmdc
