Treo Pro not Vibrate

Dear,
When I config "Sound & Notification", I don't see how to config the phone had Vibrate (only have Ring, Ring Increase, None).
I just installed "PalmTreoPro ringer update" but this issus still persist.
Did 1.04 flash repair this problem? (I'm using 1.03).

I just upgraded to 1.04, but Treo still no Vibrate
