Remove bottom SoftKey Bar Entirely?

Been looking for a way to remove the bottom softkey bar entirely from the Today Screen. I downloaded & Installed a program called DCiNoBar which worked and did remove the bar completely.....once.....then it crashed my Pro and I had to reinstall my backup file to bring it back to life.

I saw in an earlier thread there was a program from Handango to let you edit the soft keys but what about removing the bar entirely to make more room for your Today screen?

Or are we stuck with it? :-) Thanks for the help.

PS: Did remove my WiFi line from the Today Screen, very helpful!!! :)

i cant use the phone without the soft keys...with mobile shell(4 tabs)+ 2 soft keys, makes navigating thru this phone a breeze, IMO

I'd like to know this too - nuenobar (either version), dcimbar nor vjtodaytoggle don't work on my Touch Pro ](*,)

Wisbar Advance 3 works great for this on my Touch. I pick up my wife's TP tomorrow so I'm going to test WA3 and I plan to disable the softkey bar, I'll let you know how it works out.

Update to ^^ post. WA3 latest build works perfectly with removing the soft key bar. Much more room on the screen!
