Definitely difference in amount of free memory. It is a small amount of difference, but since TreoPro has the lowest free memory of any current WM device, and you can hit limits easily, the extra few MB will make a difference.

There are probably a few minor other minor fixes.

The offical version and recalled version seem to be same price on ebay, so you are best off getting a written response first so you don't get ripped off by those selling recalled 1.03.
