if you have another phone then easiest way to find the treo pro's msl is to activate the other phone online and then activate the treo pro again. when you get to the programming step. there is a secondary activation code...thats your msl

This is a great thread, and I am having the same problems, except, my ACCOLCL is already set to 2, which is the lowest that it can be set to. Has anyone else had these problems? And if so, did messing around with any of the mentioned settings resolve your issues with this?

other than doing hacked software, what else can be done? i have an airave in my house but sometimes the signal drops to nothing. outside of my home its horrible. can it be reprogrammed? thanks.
