I don't know if this is helpful, but this is a list of officially upgradeable phones. Sorry if it's not too helpful.

I saw that in the store the other day, but I haven't played with it. Is it a nice phone?

i have windows 6.5 on my touch pro now. If someone can create an unlocker there really is not reason why 6.5 cannot work on the treo pro.

Re: Wm 6.5

i read in an article that as long as the phone has 128Mb RAM and a 400Mhz processor, then it will be able to upgrade to WM 6.5, providing the carrier allows it. the Treo Pro meets both of those. id bet they r waiting for WM6.5 to fix the RAM issue.
