It says "Cannot connect.....username or password is wrong"

LOL, did all that last week, another site says use 000000 as the password, tried that as well. No luck. Gotta be SOMEBODY that can help me. I mean, I did it before with alittle help right? LOL. I'm so stupid, I don't deserve internet & data...lol
