Display problem with route66,a pink line on the screen

As you can see in the screenshot below.There's a pink line on the screen.It's very anoying.
I found only the gsm stock rom (whose kernal is wm6.1 19216) doesnt have the problem, roms with newer kernals include wm6.5 all have this problem.I extract the kernal(wm6.1 20765) used in the CDMA rom, it has the same problem.
The Roms are clean ones without any added software.
You guys have the same problem?

I have that problem only in Internet Explorer, the pink line appears and stays there until I move to another area. I have learn to live with it, PIE in WM 6.5 is different from stock 6.1 so I guess the problem has something to do with that.

No idea how to solve it.
