A question about bluetooth.
So I've tethered my phone with my laptop to get wireless internet anywhere, but can I use the phone's bluetooth to connect a device to my pc?

Yes -- you can. Haven't tried it on my Treo Pro but I'm fairly certain it's supported in the stock ROMs and it's definitely supported in the custom ROMs.

your speed will suffer over bluetooth.
I set activesync to connect via bluetooth, and use the usb for ics. that way I can still transfer files/ect and have internet.
