Change keyboard layout
 

Hi guys,

I have a French Treo Pro and an English one.
Besides the lingual differences, the hardware keyboard on the French one is AZERTY while the English is QWERTY.

What I wish to do is place a fully French ROM on the English device, which I believe I can do (I'll come back for more help if not!)

However, once the French ROM is on the English phone, I need the keyboard to behave as is written on the keys - the on screen keyboard isn't an issue.

How can I apply different hardware keyboard layouts?

Never mind guys, somehow the phone seems to recognise the version of hardware keyboard it possesses and adjusts accordingly.
So although the soft keyboard is AZERTY, the hardware one behaves like QWERTY! :)
