Treo pro for wife
 

Just bought a treo pro for my wife, wondering if there is any customizations i should do for her to make it a better phone for her. Any suggestions? Any updates or upgrades i should do. Any must have apps for her?

here for custom roms..u can search the treo pro forum for must haves apps n stuff.

Unlock and flash Raiderfan's touchflo2D rom. It's much better than the stock 6.1.

I also got my wife using the Treo Pro. She's not especially techie so I made things as simple as I could. Shortcuts to the few apps she needs on the homescreen (using the free Easy Launcher), Weather To Go plug-in (free), Google Sync for calendar, contacts, and email, Opera Mobile 10, and that's it. I also installed a few things for me to use on there, like Total Commander, so I could fix things more easily if anything got messed up. The ROM is stock, and I decided to remove RealVGA. She doesn't miss it, and it's one less thing to have problems with.

Is there an app catalog or anything to get those apps? I have a pre and figured out how to mod and everything on that but this one i am very green on!!!! and direction i should go??

Really depends on which Treo Pro you have, the GSM ones barely has any software..
