Need Help
 

my dad just got his replacement treo pro today and said his phone was running slow like usual,

i just found out there were customized roms for this phone, i am on the TP2

for the Treo Pro what rom is most stable and fastest, my dad doesnt need much
easy texting, good browser, emails, probably google maps basic stuff
just needs to be really stable and fast

what rom would you guys recommend?

well if you really want the fastest and most stable it would be a WM 6.1 ROM, I have a Clean version HERE. But If you want a 6.5 it really comes down to personal preference. Icons ROM gets good remarks for speed, bit then again i would say my 6.5 Clean ROM is about as quick as it gets...

what about Mightyrom, i use his roms for the tp2 and their awesome
but i read his rom has a ringer problem.

if you're gonna use mighty rom go for the 3/16 version

I am reading a lot here, are there any perfectly stable 6.5 roms? seems like 6.5 shuts off programs, my dad said he only uses
phone for
browser,email,text,youtube,googlemaps, and camera
i need a 6.5 rom that will run those stable and fast

from my personal experience, mighty, icon, raider, zevot were stable for me.
from what u've explained, any of those shud suffice for ur dads usage prefs
