Need help!

Anyone know why I might not be receiving texts? I can send them out, but not receive.

Oddly though, if I call my vm (holding down 1) all of a sudden, vm's and texts update.

It's almost as if I'm not connected to the Sprint Network? Wondering if perhaps I have a setting error somewhere?

I've already tried PRL updates, it doesn't work.

back it up i.e contacts/cal events hard reset. pm me if you need sprite backup
