TouchOne Works Well With Treo Pro

I really just wanted to comment on how great this UI is. I have tried HTC Home, Manilla 2d, pretty much the whole lot, and I just was never completely happy, I dislike using realvga and this work natively. And somehow I had stumbled upon this. It natively supports our SQVGA screens 320x320 screen and has a great interface. I will post some screen shots of what have been working with later.

I really just wanted to share with everyone about this amazing work that has been done. And if you would like to download please visit this site. There are three useful widgets as of now, and more should be coming out according to the website.

dehx.net

I am currently using .2.2a. If you have any questions I could try to answer as I have been using this for about a week now and have messed around with some settings.

Re: TouchOne Works Well With Treo Pro

Obviously it still has it's kinks but overall for me it works wonders. What exactly did you not like about it?

Re: TouchOne Works Well With Treo Pro

I think it offers a great alternative for a today screen, as I can have a nice looking touchflo like clock, phone, text, email, and any other app shortcuts located right on the today screen.

Also, in my observation it isn't a battery hog either.

Re: TouchOne Works Well With Treo Pro

I would say that the major downfalls of touch one on the Treo pro (Alltel) is that you lose some of the ease of access to contacts and the screen does not lock when the red phone or beacon button is pushed. If they could find a way to bring these features back it would be awesome. I obvi figured out that I can hit the green phone and type anyone's name and get their contact, I am just clinically lazy and would prefer one less step.
