Is SPB Mobile shell incompatible with the 6.5 upgrades?

After installing and doing a reboot all I had was a picture of the ocean with a Seagull flying around. I had E-Natives assigned to my side button and I was able to clik the home button from there to get out of the shell. But everytime I try going into SPB nothing works, no icons and no way to escape the app without going into E-Natives.

Re: Is SPB Mobile shell incompatible with the 6.5 upgrades?

not directed at you personally, but why are so many trying to use SPB Mobile Shell with a 6.5 rom? The reason is mobile shell doesnt play nice with roms that use realvga at the small resolution

Re: Is SPB Mobile shell incompatible with the 6.5 upgrades?

Actually the only things I like about the new roms is the newer telenav software but even that is glitchy as far as telling me it needs more memory even after using e-natives to close everything. The contacts and speration of programs onto different screens is what I like about SPB. I might roll back to a 6.1 version. Plus I can't get the Netflix app to work on 6.5. perhaps it is the same realVGA res problem.

I'm using a 6.5.1 ROM (not with RealVGA) and both SPB Mobile Shell and the Netflix device work without problems.

How do you know if the rom you installed is using Real VGA. I don't see anything in the installed programs referring to real vga

Re: Is SPB Mobile shell incompatible with the 6.5 upgrades?

Pretty high. It varies between 12 to 18 MB free, as long as I make sure to close programs using the task manager. I get laggy response from time to time, but nothing that really irritates me too much.

Re: Is SPB Mobile shell incompatible with the 6.5 upgrades?

Is there a 6.5.1 Rom that will allow SPB, Netflix and other apps designed 4 a 4 column resolution?
