Folder Structure for Start Menu\Programs
So I've been trying to clean up the programs screen and was wondering what are the names some of you have come up with for organizing all the programs.
I am on build 23518.5.5. I create a Nav and Maps folder for the 2 nav progs and Google maps. I might shorten that to Nav. But some apps seem to fit in the Utility and System tools category. and also if I move text messaging into a comm folder it breaks the link to the mail button on the phone. Is there a registry setting to fix this. I really don't need that shortcut cluttering up the list when the button is one press a way. |

Wow, Millersport Ohio. My first wife was from there. Well if you have any folder names you think are helpful, post them.

no shit man small world!!! ive just been putting my everyday programs in a programs folder and any settings stuff in a settings folder then on the main start screen what is left over that i use alot at the top so i dont have to scroll all day to get to them. another good idea would be to install "home screen customizer" from windows marketplace and you can add your more frequently used apps/programs there and access them from you home screen. once you get that try this cab for your fav contacts on your home screen also
