Water gone inside palm Treo 800w

Hi

I accidentally went on a water ride with my phone. Small amount of water went inside my Palm Treo800w phone

I left the device to dry for sometime, after that, if I put the battery back in the phone, the device turns on but the radio (phone) does not turn on. Any clue on how to fix this?

Try making a phone call and see if it works. This is a known issue for some where the radio will appear off but will come on when a call is made. Do you have TEP on this device?

No, I do not have TEP. Can I enroll in TEP now and claim after a week or so?

Sprint will only let you enroll in TEP within the first thirty days. Without telling them what happened you can try chatting with a rep online and see if they will add it. I was able to do so on another device on my account.
