Phone Dialer Missing

I can not get into the dialer screen at all on my Treo. I can dial a number from contacts and speed dial but the dialer screen does not come up. Any one know how to correct this?

I've not install anything new in weeks. I did have a battery drain issue over the weekend and the phone shutdown and restarted. The battery was at O% and was very slow to charge. One thing that I noticed was that the today screen had everything unchecked when it came back on. I had to go in and add all the plug-in's back.

I do have several programs installed: Garmin MobileXT, Coreplayer, SPB Mobileshell 2.0.4, most of dannzeman's registry tweeks. slingplayer.

Are you running stock ROM, or have you flashed to a custom ROM? If it's custom, what ROM is it?

My phone just reset again from a battery drain. These drains are happening with the phone on the charger. I am not sure what is going on. I guess I will have to do a cold boot and see what happens. I just upgraded my plan so my wife could get a Pre. Could Sprint Navigator be causing this some how?

Have you tried doing a hard reset? (Unless that's what you meant by cold boot)

If you do a hard reset, you should back your contacts and other PIM info up.

Sorry thats what I should have called it. Our company uses older handheld technology and we refer to it as a cold boot. I did just do a hard reset and restore with Sprite backup.

The good news is Sprite backup works good. The bad news is it restored my problem.
