sms sent notification

Hi everyone,

I've a treo 800 and it doesn't have the option in SMS "Message Options" in order to request message status delivery notifications.

any help?

The best way to solve this is to get rid of the Palm SMS. Get Poutlook. It has delivery Notifications under options. You can pick it up here:

It is threaded messaging, the beauty is, that it is done through Outlook, just as it does on all other WM6 phones. You will receive messages instantly, where as with the OEM, it has some lag time. But, to answer your first question, it is threaded, so it is like chat.

does it really make you receive text messages faster? and what are other reasons why its better than the palm 800 threated messaging?

I did notice an improvement in receiving texts. Some of the other reasons I like it:

* delivery notification
* send picture mail directly from pOutlook
* ability to switch between, or among, email accounts and sms
