Watching a movie on my 800

Hey guys... so im going on a long roadtrip tomorrow, i tired to upload a video from my computer (a .avi file) to my treo 800 and of course nothing is simple and it will not play... is there some type of program i need so i can convert the .avi into a format that my phone can play? thanks in advance.

The .avi file should work with Windows Media Player, but maybe you can try to convert it to mp4. There is a free trial batch converter called Total video Converter that will convert any format to any format. Hope that works for you.

I use SPB Mobile DVD and think it's great. But then I have become a fan of SPB software of late.
