can anyone tell me how to tether my treo 800W i dont really know how to

Install the PAM cab to device. what type of OS is your pc running? If XP(use Activesync) if vista(use WMDC). after installing activesync or WMDC plug phone to pc via usb cable, and wait. after it says your phone is connected, from device now, go to start/programs/internet sharing.
once it says disconnected, tap connect in lower left and wait
after it says check usb connection, it should say connected
now launch browser of choice on pc and enjoy.

pk i tried it it starts to work but after a couple of secs it says remote party hs ended this connection

and now when i go to the internet sharing program the connect button wont highlight for me to press it

theres a FAQ at the top of the 800w forum created by Big D5 that will tell u everything u need to know about this phone. read it.
