palm treo 800w
 

Need help with syncing a palm treo 800w that I purchased. I have hp win7 desktop pc and have installed wmdc for sync to phone. Problem is that it says the phone is 'not connected' when trying to sync? What goes? Last phone I owned, ppc 6700 sprint, synced ok on the same computer.
