erro 86000209

I'm getting an error 86000209 on my sprint treo 700w with the following saying "critical error occurred active sync can recover from this error but next time you sync you may loose changes made since your last successful sync"

ANYONE know what to do/
i even googled it and still don't know what to do...please help
