avi to treo700wx

HI. I have a few movies on my computer and I wanted to know if its better for me to try to use the windows media 10 in wx to copy and convert teh files with sync or if there is a program I can use to down size teh fps and screen size to work in the treo 700wx?

use this it will shrink the file and crop to fit the screen. 700 meg file is like 250 or less after
