How to get HTC HomeScreen Plug in to work on Treo

I have the HTC Home screen pplug in on my HTC Mogul that I installed, but I cant get it to upload or function on my Treo 700WX.

It is downloaded, yet, I cant find it and when I do find it and click the icon it re-downloads it and I still cant find it to apply it.

Any ideas,
