Incoming call does not ring

Long time lurker...first post. I purchased 2 700wx's the other day. Totally love them. On one of them when I receive an incoming call I get only the notificaiton on the screen...however the device does not ring. The other one appears to function properly. On the 700wx that does not ring I have installed Wisebar, Sprite, Treowx Hacks, Sprite, Pocket TV listings, UI Tweaker, and UPX4PPC. Could any of these be conflicting with the incoming call ringer.
Thanks in advance for you help.

Dont take this the wrong way...but is the volume switch on the top of the phone set to off?

No offense taken at all...with the exception of the added programs that I listed, both devices are configured and set up (including the volume button) identically.

Have you tried the side volume button? Last night I uninstalled phonealarm and for some reason it turned the volume down all by itself. I didn't noticed until I saw I had 3 missed calls and the new calls were not ringing but were only vibrating.

I have most of the programs you have with the exception of Wisebar, Pocket TV Listings, and Treo 700wx Hacks. My phone seems to be ringing with no issues at all.

I have no experience with Wisbar, however, I've read that because of its complexity and functionality it can conflict with other programs. But you don't seem to have a program that manages notifications so I wouldn't see why...

Hope this helps a little...

Well after a hard reset all is well. I've reinstalled the programs and life is good.
Thanks for the help.
