No longer able to establish "network connection"

I went on a business trip last week and was in a 1X zone and was able to browse the web etc, however, now that I am home and back in an evdo area when I try to connect I now get the following error message

Dialed #777
No modem at above number. To check your
connection settings and change them if
needed, tap Settings.

Settings Dismiss

I have performed a couple soft resets as well as removed the battery etc etc still no luck. Any ideas?

The 700wx doesn't have an IOTA option under phone settings like the 6700 dose. A couple of times I have seen that the 700 shows that it needs to update vision services, but it started on its own. I have looked and cant find a setting in the 700 to start this, EnJaNir are you still having this issue?

No OTA option is available on the 700wx.
The only way I found to initiate the OTA is to dial ##3282# (##DATA#)
