This is sweet news:

So the Treo 750 with WM5 is coming to Vodaphone and Cingular pretty soon (next month).

On Palm's website, it clearly shows their new Threaded "chat style" SMS application for WM5:

I then asked Andrew at Treonauts.com, who was just at Palm's headquarters to check out the 750 if we would be getting this "dedicated messaging application..." and his response was this:

So "soon" but "no timing". So either we'l hack it out of the 750 or wait till Palm officially gives it...either way, though, it's coming!

That will be grat if I ever get my 700wx. At this rate the update might be in before I see my 700wx in person. :cry:

I know what you mean, it took mine about 10 days from original order date to get here but I DO have it now... Just be patient :)

I hope they can extract the cab for use on the 6700.
