HELP plz - Contact Ringtone has voice over

Hi

Hope someone can tell me how to turn off the annoying voiceover notifcation that turns up if you set a ringtone in "Contacts"

Turn off your voice services under your phone settings.

Is that under Settings/Phone/Services?

I only have the following under that tab

Data Setting
Location Privacy
Roaming
Voice Privacy

May have to be a registry edit???

Go to Settings/Voice Command/Phone. Highlight the phone selection and tap on options. Uncheck "Announce incoming calls".
