Can you put a WX Rom on the P version?

The no-brainer is... No WM firmware is gonna go into Palm OS powered hardware.

so is there a way to bring everything over from a wx to the P and make it WM? What's different about it hardware wise that would prevent it? bear with me because I don't know ANYTHING about it.
