Question about VZW 1.22 ROM updater....

I have just read about 5 or 6 threads, and the update page itself, and I have my dilema about updating or not to one question...the only thing that matters to me in this update, and I have seen both extremes on this issue......Will this update solve the data connectivity issue in the WX? I would love your opinions/experiences on this, as I mentioned, I have seen a couple people saying there is no change, where others say it is better/solved.

I am not interested in updating for any other reason, so I would appreciate any opinions/responses.

I live in a EVDO area but work in a 1x area....I can tell a difference in the connection time while in the 1x area...seems a bit faster.

Biggest difference I have seen personally is the bluetooth seems to stay paired and is more reliable.

If you follow Palm's directions from the webpage to the T.....you will have not issues.

The issue of 'no modem found' has been a frustrating point since purchase. I am thinking about the update, I just have to free up a couple MB first....why do we need 4 if it is a ROM update? Do we get them back after (temp use)?
