date/alarm

Does anyone know an alternative way of getting to the date/alarm settings besides through the today screen? It seems that I can only access it if its enabled on the today screen. I use treo alert so having two dates is redundant. I use my treo as an alarm clock soo its absolutely vital that I can get to the alarm settings.
