Visual Voicemail for Windows Mobile?

Ok, so I haven't even remotely bought into the iphone hype but one thing I did see was Visual Voicemail. I'm not sure that I even understand what it is, but it does sound interesting. Then I read on msmobiles that its possible via some 3rd party apps. for windows mobile. Does anyone have any idea what some examples of this are?
