How to save/backup SMS (text messages)

is there a file or directory that can be backed up to save previous SMS/text messages on the 700wx? i think i read there is a file in a post somewhere on this forum but cannot find the forum topic anymore.

You can use sprite back up.If its not installed you can find on the Palm CD in the phone box. Though that back ups your whole phone

This software can either backup and restore SMS and can backup and restore Contacts, very handy. I've been using and strongly recommend you to use.
You can search " obbosoft " in google......
