Can't retrieve random numbers

I've noticed that when I have non-familiar numbers calling me and i later try to retrieve them by going back to the call log, they are not there. This has happened several times and has become frustrating.

Does anyone know if this is a common problem with the 700wx. I just got it couple of months ago as a replacement for my 6700.

how are you looking for the number? I always press the send/green phone button and it shows recent calls. You can also press Menu>Call Log. From there you can filter the calls by Incomming, Missed etc by pressing Menu again....then Filter by. Hope that helps.

That's exactly what I do. Most of the time i click on the green button and go to Call Log. But there has been a time when the numbers are missing. Strange. One is ok, twice who know, but many more...I don't know what to say. Thanks anyway
