700wx roaming

I have a Sprint 700wx and have an issue. When we travel out of the city it seems as if my phone cannot find a signal. My wife also has a sprint Rant and her phone will have signal on the roaming towers. How can I update my darn PRL on this Treo? I'm at 20227 right now and I'm sure that's pretty old. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, and I also called sprint and the told me that 20227 is the newest PRL available for my phone.
