Treo 700wx Won't Connect to Power Vision

I bought a treo on ebay, and the last user's data username is still on it. I found out by Settings -> System -> About -> Phone how do I change this to mine?

Plus, I think i may have deleted the settings to connect to power vision, what are they?

I do have it on my plan, by the way.

Is the phone working with your number or the previous owners number?

Did you contact your provider?

I called SPCS Technical Support, and after a while it worked, but within the minute, I was disconnected, and started receiving the error again.

Tried the reset before all this, no result.

But here's an odd one, this morning I woke up and tied again, and it worked! Disconnected and connected several times to make sure it was working properly, and it was! I guess the problem fixed itself?

Sounds like Sprint was doing some work on the network in your area.
