Voicemails are not stored on your phone...they are stored at Sprint/Verizon, etc. I don't know how long Sprint/Verizon keeps your saved messages in their system though. You can however forward saved voicemails to another phone. So forward the messages to your home answering machine. From there you could use a simple digital recorder to record the messages. You could also use the same digital recorder to record the messages from your phone...simply listen to the message over your speaker and record.
There is also recording software available for your phone which may allow you to record from your speaker too. late, Coz

Dashwire will also allow you to save voice mail messages
