Treo 700wx not accepting appointments
 

When we receive invites for certain calendar appointments the phone will not allow you to accept them. It allows you to click on accept and send the response but it doesn't close the accepted email or get rid of it like it should do. It goes back to the accept screen. It doesn't put it on the phones calendar and neither on Outlook / Exchange. Now it doesn't do this all the time but most of the time it does this. We have many of the phones doing this and wondered if anyone knows what the problem might be? All of them are Treo 700wx in our company.

Basically we have a user on the exchange called Team 1, and we have that calendar shared out to the team managers. They assing the team certain times and places to go via the Calendar, and the users accept it and it puts it in their calendar. But for some reason its not working with the Treos all the time.

Any help would be greatly apperciated.
