Talking 'LISTEN' button dials old phone number.

Hi there gang,

I got the new HTC Touch Pro and gave my wife my old 700wx to replace her PDA and cell phone.

I programmed the #1 key to call voicemail, which works fine.

The left action key is also used to see "VoiceMail" and when doing so turns to "Listen" when the list is up.

When I hit that it dials my old number and not the current number for the phone. I cant for the life of me find a setting for that button.

Any clues ???

Did you already perform the MSID and Phone number swap with your carrier? If not then that is why. If you have, then do a hard reset, buck back up your stuff first.

Thanks, I'll have my wife sync with Outlook then we'll do the hard reset.
