1st day with Treo700wx and oh yeah a question about Outlook
 

yeah treo came yesterday man i got home @ 730pm and im JUST NOW putting it down @ 3:30am maaaan lol

but yeah i got my gmail into outlook but after i read a message it goes away is there anyway i can make them just stay put when i update my inbox?

Did you configure POP3 to access your Gmail on your Treo or are you using Activesync to download your email from your Gmail account to your Treo?

im able to check it no problem but after i read it the next time my inbox updates it only shows the new ones

i rather have it show my whole inbox then just update new ones but still keep the rest i like to have them for reference sometimes

Question about buying a 700wx on Ebay.

What do i have to be watchful of? I see them around $350. do i have to pay any fees to activate them with Sprint?
Are there any "beware" signs i should look for?

@kinextions: You may have to pay an activation fee. However, what you need to be watchful for is it is not reported as stolen or lost. To do this, you should be able to ask the seller for the ESN of the phone and then call Sprint to have them check if it is clean.

@MrOuija36: I can never remember because I do not use GMail on my device, but there are a couple of settings that need to be tweaked for that not to happen. Run a search for GMail and POP3 and you should be able to find a couple of threads on the forums.

Kinextions, you should start a new thread. What you're doing is called "Hijacking". Basically, making someone else's thread, yours. Therefore, discussions get confused, becuase they get routed in several directions.
