Voice Rigtone???????

I have had my Treo 700WX for 4 months now and have many different ringtones. Only in the past week it has started to use a voice as a ringtone. It is kind of like talking caller id. It uses the name I have in my contacts and actually says it when the person calls. Has anybody else had this? I don't like it because it plays the same time as my MP3 ringtone. How do I get rid of it? I have PhoneAlarm and Weatherpanel and Microsoft Live Search. But I have gone through every setting I can think of. Please Help.

lmao...

Look under Microsoft VoiceCommand under your Settings.

Somehow or someone enabled it on your device, hence the announcements. :P

Like Mal said...go to Settings/Voice Command. Highlight Phone and select options. Uncheck the box that says, "Announce incoming calls".

late,
Coz

Thanks that worked. That is the one thing I didn't look into.
