Help with Palm Threaded SMS Please
 

I know that Palm does not want people distributing it, but I don't think getting help for the program violates any intellectual property rights. So I installed the Palm SMS .cab file, and everything seemed to install fine and I did a soft reset. The program appears in both the start program menu and the today screen.

The problem is TXT still go to the old (standard) text messaging application. Does anyone know how to change the default application to be the new Palm threaded one? Or how to delete the old Txt system.

So all I did was install and soft reset. Am I missing something?

Did you read the readme file carefully?? Did you copy/overwrite the ROM files on the Windows directory with Total Commander or Resco Explorer? Did you read the original thread about this app? (link found on the FAQs sticky at the top of this forum.
