Syncing causes 700wx to loose an hour

Not only does the time reset to be 1 hour off, but all my calendar items get moved as well. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

I have had this problem for a while. Go to Settings/Clock & Alarms/More and uncheck "use network time zone" Leave local net time on though so your time stays updated. I think it's a carrier issue in some areas. This seemed to be the fix for me anyway. Good luck!

It could also have to deal with the new Daylight Saving Time. Microsoft released a patch for both there Windows Operating System and Windows Mobile Operating Systems

I tried to post a link to the Microsoft site, but since I am new I am unable to. If you Google "Windows Mobile Updates for Daylight Saving Time" the first result give you the link to the Microsoft Site.

That patch was to address the fact that DST was going to start earlier this year, since we are past the original DST date it shouldn't be affecting the time when sync'ing.

Although, the patch will also be needed since the ending date of DST was changed.

I had this same issue and after my battery completly drained and turned my phone off, not by choice the sync issue went away.

I also had a issue with my phone put my time zone as Saskatchewan, not central. Once I put my phone back in Central the issue went away.

Again, there are some carrier issues that cause the phone to switch to Saskatchewan time for no apparent reason. Turn off auto time zone set and problem solved.

Unless, of course, you live in Saskatchewan... then you're good to go =)
