vjtoggletoday how do I get rid of it?
 

I installed the vjtoggletoday to get rid of the Today bar, but now I don't like it. There's no option to uninstall it from uninstall programs. How do I turn it off or get rid of it?

I clicked on the exe file in the phone. I take it that was wrong?

No, no, no... I just haven't used it in so long that I forgot how it was installed. If the only thing you did was copy it to your device and execute the file, then soft reset (or kill the process with SKTools or MemMaid, but in this case I'd soft reset) and then just delete the exe file.

When I 'installed' this app there were 2 files, the exe and an .ink shortcit for the settings. Just delete those when the program is not running and you should be fine.

You see... this app did not get installed per se, you actually downloaded the app (exe file) and run it every time you click on it.

I don't remember being even a reg entry for it...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's how it's removed.

OK, it seems to be gone after a soft boot. I guess I sort of panicked when I couldn't find a way to uninstall or turn it off.
