Picture Mail Cab. not working

hey guys im a noobee and i installed the cab. file used total commander to unzip. Now when i try to send a pic e-mail and text appear but Text is not optional (i.e. try to click it and its not available) please help.


p.s. remember im new so please go easy on me with the explanation
