Please Help: 700wx installed programs/storage mem blank..

I hit Remove Programs on the menu and nothing is there and at the bottom the Storage Mem count is totally blank. I have soft reset. Any ideas?

If you don't have allot of apps installed or if you think your device is really screwed, perform a hard reset. This will wipe everything, including ALL phone numbers, schedules/appointments, personally installed apps. So it will look like you just bought it from the store. To perform a hard reset, hold the red phone button down, while pressing on the reset button behind the battery door.

Ive got tons of stuff installed. Doesnt activesync restore everything after a hard reset?

You need to use software such as Sprite Backup to restore from a previously saved/backed-up file. Active Sync is only a means of transport...not a means of memory, etc.

Activesync restores your data, like tasks, contacts, notes, or whatever you have selected with Activesync. It does not restore your apps, ringtones, or device settings (brightness, sound level, etc.). To do that, then you would need to use backup software, like Sprite Backup or Sbp Backup. Unfortunately, if you use backup software and some app screwed up your phone, then restoring it will probably make it do the same.

Otherwise, do the following:
1. Perform an Activesync
2. Delete the Activesync partnership
3. Perform a hard reset
4. Partner your device and PC with Activesync
5. Synchronize your data with Activesync
6. Reinstall your apps

Do you have Pocket Mechanic?
I ask because once it erased all of that data from the system and integrated it into its own add/remove feature.
