ever since I got my verizon 700wx after I receive a multimedia message the media or picture disappears if it is not saved to the memory any help would be appreciated thanks

Your better off than me...I don't even get that, my WX tells me I have an MMS, and that is it!!!! VZW CS can't figure it out either!!!!
